Eine sehr interessante Thematik. Das erste was mir dazu eingefallen ist war "Powerlvl over 9000!". Sicher kann es ein sehr strittiger Punkt sein, ob man Magie in Skalen fassen kann oder nicht. Da das alles nach heutigem Verstaendnis sich im Bereich der Esoterik aufhaelt und diese in ihrer Vielfalt einfach zu abstrakt ist als das man das alles fassen kann. Interessant ist aber das selbst die Esoteriker im Bereich der "Aurenwissenschaft" Messwerte an den Tag legen. Da Magie in Shadowrun eine Wissenschaft ist wird sie auch auf einem wissenschaftlichem Niveau gehandhabt. Und dementsprechend finde ich es nur logisch das zum Beispiel die Angabe magischer Macht auch einen Zahlenwert hat. Denn in einem Test von magischer Kraft bei einem Feuerzauber zum Beispiel der sich auf physische Objekte auswirkt kann ich ganz klar wissenschaftlich ermitteln wie heiss der Zauber auf unterschiedlichen Kraftstufen brennt. Das gleiche gilt fuer die ganzen anderen Zauber die direkt ihre Umwelt manipulieren. Nur weil das tiefere Verstaendnis fuer etwas fehlt hat es den Menschen bisher nie daran gehindert etwas in Messwerten auszudruecken. Siehe Quantenmechanik. Das ist natuerlich meine eigene Meinung.
