Im Shadowtalk im "Dragons of the sixth World" steht: "They can`t speak like we like they don`t have the vocal apparatus to do this. They can magcally vocalize and they can speak telepathically, which that is what they do with the inpterpreters." Und dann noch ... "Dragons are incapable of vocalization - it has not yet determined whether this is due to anatomical or neurological impediments." Dragonspeech: "Dracoforms all have an ability they call dragonspeech allowing them to communicate telepathically with any creature in their unaided line of sight." "Non-living machines like microphones cannot detect dragonspeecch, however, which is why dragons often relay on metahumans translators to vocalize for them when they must speak on a vid-phone or trideo broadcast." In allen Fällen werden Drachen beschrieben. Und zwar in Drachengestalt. Kann man so interpretieren, dass sich die Beschreibungen auf die Drachengestalt beziehen. Dann hätten wir Drachen, die telepathisch und über eine magische Stimme kommunizieren können. Sprechen geht nicht. Vermutlich aufgrund der fehlenden Physiologie - sprich: Stimmwerkzeuge. Die wichtigste Passage kommt aber bei der Drachenkraft "Metahuman Form". "Great dragons (and only great dragons) acquire the power of Metahuman Form ... ... the dragon can assume a metahuman form of its choice, with the physical abilities equal to those of a normal metahuman of the chosen race. Great dragons tend to be reluctand to assume metahuman because they find it uncomfortable and limited ..." "Lesser dragons are capable of using magic to assume metahuman (and other) forms, but it is not an innatate ability for them, meaning that the magic must be sustained or maintained by a sustaining focus or something similar." Das würde ich dahin interpretieren, dass Drachen in metamenschlicher Form tatsächlich normal sprechen können, da sie über die anatomischen Möglichkeiten verfügen (im Gegensatz zur Gestalt als Drache). Sie tun das aber nur ungern. Das Drachen in metamenschlicher Form sprechen können, ist aber in Anbetracht ihres Auftretens in der 6. Welt nur logisch. Denn allein aufgrund ihrer Größe könnten sie auch gar nicht am wirtschaftlichen, gesellschaftlichen und politischen Leben teilhaben, wie sie es aber tun. Es gibt zb. Berichte darüber, dass Masaru auf diversen Konferenzen aufgetreten ist und gesprochen hat. Wenn man sich die ganzen 200 Seiten durchliest, findet man bestimmt noch mehr Berichte dieser Art.
